I’m looking for a way to access these files from a program and delete them.
NOTE: I have searched and cannot find a way to access the file data and delete it. The.exe is not a stand alone program so I am not sure if that is what is stopping me from deleting the file. I do not know the file extension so I am not sure if there is an extension I can use to find the file and delete it.
Currently I am using a command line text editor to open the file and delete a few lines of it but it does not work.
>>> find / -name ‘*.exe’ -type f >> list.txt

I am using windows.

1.) Right click on the file and open it with Notepad.2.) Find all lines ending with a space
(for using command line use sed “s/\s\+$//g” )
3.) Delete all lines but the last. The sed command will delete from last space to the end of the file.4.) Save the file.
This is not 100% safe because it only checks for white space but since you know there is no more than 1024 characters on a line, there shouldn’t be any more spaces than that.

New classification of histologic grades in oral squamous cell carcinoma by expression of p63 and p40.
The classification of histologic grades in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) has proven to be problematic. The diagnostic usefulness of differential expression of p63 and p40 has been investigated here in an attempt to achieve a better stratification of histologic grades. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens from 172 patients with OSCC were examined by immunohistochemical staining with the antibodies to p63, p40, Ki-67, p53, p16, and HPV16 E6. The corresponding clinical data and follow-up information were analyzed to evaluate the diagnostic ability for a classification of OSCC histologic grades. The expression of p63 and p40 was stronger in lower grades of OSCC (infiltrative, papillary, and small cell) than that in higher grades (lamina, keratinizing, and verrucous). The expression of Ki-67 was consistently positive in all grades. Both the expression of p16 and HPV16 E6 were detected only in cervical, anal, and oropharyngeal tumors. For
